Refund policy

At Arrigoni Art Studio, each piece is printed to order using museum-quality archival materials through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because every item is custom-produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that window, cancellations are not possible as your item has entered the print queue.
